Brandywine a Planned Community in

Mechanicsburg, PA, hosts Sales Center and Model

Grand Opening Oct. 7-9, 2011

The Brandywine planned community in Mechanicsburg, PA, host a Grand Opening

Celebration of its new Sales Center and Models this weekend Oct. 7-9, 2011.

United States of America, Oct 08, 2011 -- CAMP HILL, PA– The Brandywine

planned community ideally located in the beautiful country setting of the Cumberland

Valley School District in Mechanicsburg, PA, will host a Grand Opening Celebration

of its new Sales Center and decorated models on Friday, October 7 through Sunday,

October 9, 2011 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. According to Sales Director Kelley A.

Bjorkland of Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA (JGR ERA), one of the area's largest

residential brokerage firms, during the weekend celebration, homes will be specially

priced from the low $200,000's. Visitors will be able to tour the models, including the

fully decorated two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Dartmouth.

"With fall here, it is the perfect time to come out and enjoy the beauty of this

exceptional collection of duplex style, maintenance free homes by Yingst Homes,

one of central Pennsylvania's most renowned homebuilders," notes New Homes

Associate Mandy Fisher of JGR ERA. "Family owned for more than three

generations, Yingst Homes uniquely brings the credibility and dependability of a

large organization with the attention to detail and caring of a family-run business.

The company's goal is total customer satisfaction."

Yingst Homes' ability to create enduring homes and make the home building process

an enjoyable and convenient one for its customers has also garnered the firm

numerous awards from industry peers including the People's Choice Award at the

Home-A-Rama, Fulton Bank Awards, Parade of Homes and Pyramid Awards.

Yingst designed and created the Brandywine planned community to emulate the

traditional look of a 'Williamsburg' neighborhood, while retaining the beauty of its

natural setting. Fisher explains, "The Dartmouth model ideally illustrates the classic

handmade brick facades accented by shutter dogs, peaked rooflines, large windows,

and Colonial street lanterns and signs. A lovely paved driveway with landscaped

front lawn and decorative mailbox lead to the two car garage and covered porch

entry."

Inside, the versatile floor plan lends itself to any lifestyle need. "Perfect for

entertaining on any level, residents will enjoy the open flow from the kitchen to the

dining area into the family room with fireplace and access to an outer deck," notes

Fisher. "The gourmet kitchen features fine wood cabinetry trimmed with crown

molding, GE Appliances and designer Corian countertops."

Fisher explains the model showcases the convenience and luxury of a first level

master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and master bath with dual vanity, oversized

shower, Moen fixtures and tile floors.

A study/ formal dining room and laundry / powder room complete the first level.

Upstairs is another bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath and expansive storage area.

"Owners can choose to create an optional loft area or third bedroom on this level as

well," describes Fisher.

While Brandywine enjoys a relaxing rural setting with vista views of the North

Mountain, it is also very convenient. Fisher explains, "The community is only

minutes from I-81 and I-76 providing a convenient commute to work and easy access

to the East and West shores as well as business areas in Harrisburg and Carlisle.

Residents enjoy a full array of shopping choices, the nearby Hampden Township

Park and the township-owned Armitage Golf Course. Other area attractions include

Harrisburg's City Island, Hershey Park, the Civil War Museum, the State Capital,

Hollywood Casino and Penn National Race Track."

Prospective home buyers, who are searching for a finely crafted traditional style

home in a lovely neighborhood setting, should attend the Grand Open Celebration of

the new Sales Center and Models at Brandywine, a planned community, on Friday,

October 7 through Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. For additional

information or to set up an appointment to tour the Sales Center and models, please
