i. To work on addressing needs on the website (performance,
optimizations)
ii. Work on making coding docstoc easier ( better commenting, unit
testing)
iii. Work on time management and being proactive

a. A self-assessment of your strengths and areas to improve, both within the
context of Docstoc and overall professionally
i. I can improve by improving time management and organization. Also
related to organization is estimation skills and ability to plan projects
from fruition to deployment.

I don’t think I need anything else specifically besides having a mentor.
