The listings that follow do not constitute endorsements by the Delaware Department of
Agriculture. Every effort has been made to present the appropriate information as
accurately as possible.
The Delaware Department of Agriculture grants licenses to Dealers of Agricultural
Products. The Dealers include Delaware brokers, as well as out-of-state brokers licensed
as dealers of agricultural products in the State of Delaware.
A license can be revoked by the Delaware Department of Agriculture at any time.
Therefore, the Food Products Inspection section should be contacted to determine the
status of a license. For a listing of licensed and bonded dealers of agricultural products,

The Delaware Department of Agriculture makes no warranty concerning the use of the
list and recommends that you contact the Food Products Inspection Section for current
information.
