Position Summary: Provide system engineering support at a Senior Principal Specialist level for projects for the oil and gas,
chemical and petrochemical industries.
Essential Duties:
Executes technical components of projects, may serve in the role of project manager for smaller projects.
Computer programming using DCS, PLC or HMI systems.
Manage technical personnel.
Work directly with client on deliverables and issues that arise.
Develop changes to scope of work and change orders.
Develop or review proposals and estimates in support of the sales team.
Perform evaluations on project team.
Other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
Senior level 5+ years in design of Safety Instrumented Systems with 10+ years of general engineering experience
Project management experience required
BS degree in engineering
Certifications:
FE, PE preferred. CFSE a plus.
Required Software Skills:
Advanced knowledge and capabilities in standard Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook). AutoCAD
and experience with PC applications a plus. Experience using a database and project management software, and electronic file
management required.
Travel: Interfacing with Clients and Team Meetings required
