Camp
o August 15 – August 26, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
o Beginning August 29, 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Physicals
o You CANNOT practice/play without a physical turned in to the Athletic
office (turn it in prior to August 15th)

Shin guards NOCSAE

Running shoes
Note: We do have a locker room. You can bring in a padlock and keep many items at
school. Be prepared for varying weather conditions.
Recommendations:
Mouth guard - can reduce the risk of concussion
Food & Drinks
Spare, dry socks
Leave in your Bag:
All weather gear (be prepared for all types of weather)
A plastic bag (to keep items dry)
Flats
Attendance:
The expectation is that you are in attendance every weekday from the August start
date forward (and possibly for Saturday games, check the schedule). Plan
accordingly.
Summer Practices & Training:
Mondays & Fridays 9-10:30 p.m.
Wednesdays 5-6:30 p.m.
