Biographical notes for
ERIK JOHNSON
Erik Johnson is president and CEO of Dynamic Contracting Inc., a specialty
construction firm that provides concrete reinforcing steel installation services to
large and medium sized general contractors. His company has provided services
on several marques projects located in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan
such as Ford Field; home of the Detroit Lions, Owens Illinois World
Headquarters, Compuware World Headquarters, Westfield Mall Addition and
the Toledo Jeep Plant, just to name a few. Since co-founding Dynamic
Contracting Inc. in April of 1994, Erik and his partner has done over 80 million
dollars in business. He has been featured in the business profile section of the
Toledo Blade and several other local and regional business publications. He
recently launched a new business venture, Ivy Development Agency, LLC. A
consulting and staff augmentation firm created to assist in the personal and
professional development of adults and adolescents as well as assisting
businesses and churches in their development. He has produced a self help
audio book titled The American Secret a Chance to Succeed. Erik recently was
appointed to the board of Directors for the YMCA/JCC Chance for Change
Program. He has worked with Tavis Smiley Youth to Leadership program as a
workshop facilitator and currently sits on the City of Toledo Youth Commission
Man-up Executive Board and House of Bread Ministries Executive Board.
Raised in Warren, Ohio, Erik now Resides in Toledo Ohio with his Wife of
Sixteen plus years and two sons. Erik is a Graduate of Bowling Green State
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He
enjoys watching movies, sports events and renovating real estate.
