portfolios.

Technology Expectations of Program Administrators (rating, issuing, report capabilities etc.):
Imperium Insurance is actively seeking program administrators that have expertise in a niche portfolio of
business with superior technology platforms to allow for data collection, and integrity required for
underwriting and monitoring the program as well as in-depth knowledge of the claims practices required
to service the portfolio. Imperium also plans to make available an Imperium Underwriting and policy
issuance system in 2011.
Risk Sharing: Our strategic business plan focuses on the bottom line results of the portfolio of business
– we are not driven by top line growth. We provide incentives for our partners by offering profit sharing
or a sliding scale commission.
Claims: Imperium Insurance is actively involved with the selection of the Third Party Administration
contracted to service the claims. A detailed due diligence of the TPA will be conducted to select the best
outsourcing partner for each specific program.
