We expect you to meet the submission deadline of 5pm, WEDNESDAY AUGUST 5th, 2009. Submit the form to mrclarke@mail.widener.edu.
Please title the subject line of the email "(org. name) 2009-10 Budget Request." Budget must be submitted by the deadline, if not, your
organization will not receive funding for this academic year.
I understand the terms and conditions of this Budget Request Form, and I understand that if I do not complete all the above fields and submit
this Budget Request Form by 5pm on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5th, 2009, my SBA Organization will receive zero student funds from the SBA
Executive Board. I understand no exception will be made on my behalf or no the behalf of my SBA Organization.
Additionally, I understand additional funds request made during the year for an event not made on this form are subject to the additional
funds request form.
