Team Working Exercise
-----LOST IN SPACE---- www.coach-and-courses.com
You are a member of a space crew originally scheduled to rendezvous
P3I
with the mother ship on the lighted side of the moon. Due to
mechanical failure your ship was forced to land at a spot some 200 miles
from the rendezvous point(RV).
During the landing much of the equipment of your ship was damaged
and, since your survival relies on your reaching the mother ship, you
must choose the most critical items for the 200 mile trek.
People & Process
Listed below are 15 items left intact and servicable after the landing. Performance Improvement
Your task is to
RANK them in terms of their importance in allowing you and your colleagues to reach the RV point.
Place Number 1 next to the most important item, 2 next to the second most important and so on til you
get to 15 which is the least important. You must rank ALL items and there can be no items with equal
ranking.
