Effective Monday, October 10, 2005, Partners Mutual Insurance Company will have two
fax numbers dedicated exclusively to your Claims and Underwriting faxes.
Claims Faxes: 262.798.5056
Underwriting Faxes: 262.798.5048
Faxes sent to these numbers will be automatically imported into the imaging system
speeding up processing time. However, we need some help from you to make
implementing these numbers successful. Please follow these helpful tips:
T Only fax Underwriting (policy related) documents to the Underwriting number.
Only fax Claims documents to the Claims number.
T Continue faxing KWIK KWOTES and FAX PAYS our main fax number:
262.798.5040
T Faxes for Accounting, Marketing, or other general items should be faxed to our
main fax number: 262.798.5040.
T Documents for different insureds or claimants should be faxed as separate
transmissions. Batching multiple items together for different insureds or claims
will slow processing.
T Eliminating cover sheets results in reduced transmission time.
A revised Company Directory is included for your copy of the Agents Manual. Please
replace pages 1.01 - 1.03.
