High School & Middle School SkillsUSA Members who are interested
in testing their skills in various contests held through SkillsUSA. This
would be a great opportunity for students just starting or looking for
more preparation for State contests.
The fee is $15 per student, which includes all materials, T-shirt and
dinner. (Pizza & Soda). Two adult chaperones/advisors will be granted
free registration per chapter, after two each adult will be charged $10 to
help cover the cost of food. Chapters should pay on the day of the
conference or before. (Write checks out to “WHS SkillsUSA”)
• $1 late fee per student if registered after November 20th!!!
• No guarantee for T-shirts if registered after November 20th
• No refunds after December 4th
All registration occurs on the National SkillsUSA Website.
Payments should be written out to “Watertown HS SkillsUSA”
All students need to complete and bring an NLSC form.
The District 4 Conference will be held at Watertown High School.
Parking will be available in both the Staff and Student lots. !

run the contest. Depending on available judges, you may judge as well…
( ,Watertown HS’s Partnership Team will be volunteering some time to help judge these contests. We can not guarantee ALL judges needed
for all contests. Advisors/parents/volunteers may also help judge if needed. Advisors attending are not asked to help find Judges!!! Watertown will do
their best to supply judges for contests.

, Students must provide a written/typed statement from their Welding Instructor that they have passed a
Welding/Manufacturing Safety Test and they have shown proper use/operation of standard Welding/Manufacturing equipment including: various
welders, oxy-acetylene cutting torch, metalworking hydraulic shears, horizontal band saw, pedestal grinder and hand grinder.
$ ,It is urged that students bring a “thumbdrive” to store their files if working on the WHS Workstations
with Inventor, AutoCAD or Solidworks. (Drawings will be printed out for judging and given back to participants with notes)
