ANNOUNCEMENT
Sub: Recruitment of Probationary Clerks 2010 – 2011 – Candidates selected for
appointment.

Attention of all the concerned is drawn to our Advertisement No. PD/HRDD/REC/02/ 2010
dated 23.03.2010 published in the Employment News dated April 10 – 16, 2010 and
displayed in the Bank’s website www.syndicatebank.in.
The list containing the details of candidates who have been found eligible and suitable for
appointment as Probationary Clerks is attached herewith. The candidates not satisfying the
language criteria of the State/UT to which they have applied (i.e. who cannot read, write and
speak official language/regional language of the State/UT applied) are treated as ineligible.
Offers of appointment to the selected candidates are being sent separately by speed post in
batches.
The appointment of the selected candidates is, however, subject to their being found
medically fit, submission of all documents as set out in the offer of appointment, satisfactory
references, verification of character & antecedents from Police Authorities and verification of
caste/tribe/community certificates by the Competent Authorities. Candidates whose names
do not appear in the list, are requested to treat this as an individual intimation that they have
not been selected in the Bank and no further correspondence in this regard will be
entertained. It may also be noted that no telephone enquiries will be entertained in respect
of the candidates who have not been selected.
