Via the revolutionary Matrox Flex 3D mix/effects architecture, Matrox DigiSuite MAX exploits
the explosive 3D graphics performance of award-winning Matrox accelerator technology to
provide fully keyframeable, broadcast-quality 3D effects and transitions in real time. You get
hundreds of pre-created effects and you can also design your own. An intuitive keyframe-based
interface controls the MAX 3D engine so you can easily position, size, and rotate your video
in real time with full interactive control. The fact that Flex 3D is fully programmable means that
additional effects libraries can be added via supplementary software.
The 3D channel can be used with all the other DigiSuite effects for advanced realtime effects
layering. You work with two video layers and a graphics layer, or two graphics layers and a

Output to tape
Print your program to all popular analog and digital tape formats. Go out analog in component,
Y/C, and composite; record over the 1394 connection to a DV device; or use the optional SDI
module with AES/EBU digital audio.

interface, lightning-quick operation and high-powered formatting engine, DVDit! lets you easily

relies on the DigiSuite hardware to perform high-quality scaling, filtering, and YUV to RGB

Then, with the latest codecs from Microsoft and Real Networks, you use built-in batch processing
to quickly and effortlessly encode video to several targeted bandwidths in a single pass. The
scalable encoding architecture enables realtime encoding straight from the timeline, even on

DigiSuite LX MAX
DigiSuite LX MAX provides native-DV and MPEG-2 I-frame (up to
50 Mbps) editing. If you work primarily with DV source material,
DigiSuite LX MAX is the solution for you. DigiSuite LX MAX is cost
effective, and allows analog and digital sources to be mixed on
the editing timeline.
DigiSuite DTV MAX
DigiSuite DTV MAX provides native-DV, DV50, and MPEG-2
I-frame (up to 50 Mbps) editing. Both DV and DV50 sources can be
