Any WV resident attending middle or high school is eligible to
enter the contest

To see list of symptoms of gambling addiction, see the „Key

Gamblers‟
The billboard should include the 1-800-GAMBLER help-line
number
Billboards should contain a message encouraging gambling
addicts and their loved ones to call for help
Entries must be hand drawn, in color, and placed on 8 ½ by 11
inch paper
Billboard message should be neither pro or anti-gambling
Submissions should be mailed to:
PO Box 3324, Charleston, WV 25333
Those with the chosen designs will be asked to sign a
statement allowing the Problem Gamblers Help Network of WV
to use all or part of their design in a billboard ad. The winning
designs will be displayed on a billboard in hometown of the
designer, with the designer‟s name prominently displayed. If
designer is under 18, his/her parents will also be asked to sign
this form
The Problem Gamblers Help Network of WV will also send the
winning designers a letter certifying that they were chosen for
this honor, so that this can be included in college applications
or career resumes
The school of the first place winning designer will receive a
$250 gift card from the Problem Gamblers Help Network of WV
(second place designer‟s school will receive $150 gift
certificate)
