Management Concepts is seeking a Learning Technologies Specialist to participate in the planning,
organizational, and development of online training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific
learning technology needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes learning and technology needs and partners with subject matter experts and instructional
designers to provide input for technical design.
Plans, creates, develops, and supports learning technology initiatives and provides technical expertise for
the programming of online content.
Develop Web sites, Web-based training, self-paced training, and other learning technology offerings.
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of learning technology materials and
applications including storyboards and project plans.
Create, develop, and program online learning materials and applications.
Work with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials
for delivery via the Web, podcasts, blogs, and other modalities.
Support learning technology initiatives including Webinars, podcast, online courses, self paced e-
learning, and streaming video.
Develop templates and graphics for use in delivering online content and applications.
Provide support and training on existing and emerging learning platforms, practices, and technologies.
Required Skills:
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in instructional technology, digital design, or related field.
Solid understanding of instructional design processes.
Experience with multimedia/Web development packages such as Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver,
Apple Final Cut, or similar software and the Adobe eLearning Suite.
Experience with digital photography and videography as well as digital audio recording and editing.
Experience with Web 2.0 technologies including blogs, microblogs, wikis, and podcasts.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro, Moodle, PHP, and/or MySQL a plus.
