Bryan M. Griffith, Sanborn, Brandon, Duvall & Bobbitt Co.,
L.P.A., focuses his practice on the representation of businesses and
business owners in litigation, dispute resolution, business formation                                                                                                        Going Solo
and transactional matters. Mr. Griffith also represents businesses
and criminal defendants in appellate courts.
He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College

of Law in 2009. Bryan is the current chairman of the Small

Athena Inembolidis, Attorney at Law, is the owner of Athena
Legal, LLC, a firm whose focus is bankruptcy law and other

bankruptcy related matters. She is a member of the National
Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as well as an active
participant in the Credit Education Coalition. She also teaches area
high school students on credit matters through the CARE
Program. She earned her JD degree from Cleveland-Marshall
College of Law.

William C. Johnson, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas
studied at Haverford College where he majored in Philosophy and
met his future wife (a biochemist). After a brief period at Rutgers
studying the sciences for pre-med, he spent four years at the
University of Chicago studying Philosophy. He then moved with his
wife to Columbus, went to law school at Ohio State, briefly tried
solo practice, and then joined the court as a staff attorney where he
has worked for the past 15 years, mostly with Judge Daniel T.
Hogan.

James Vargo, Attorney at Law, is an experienced trial lawyer,
focusing his practice on business litigation and consumer law. Mr.
Vargo has successfully represented both individuals and entities in a

contract, breach of warranty, misrepresentation and fraud, the
