        Definition of speed
 Speed= is a trait
  that is strongly
  linked to Natural
  ability.
 Many athletes have
  the ability to do a
  sport like ex)
  basketball,
  baseball and
  soccer.
       History of running
In the year 3800 B.C., running has a been
a big part to the early Egyptians.
In the year 3800 B.C. Pharaohs would
announce races that were similar to
Olympic races, these races were 3200m.
The track was like a chariot race track but
only human were running.
In the early 20’s women were treated with
no respect and that changed cause in the
year 1930, was the Olympic 800m race.
That day the first women to win an
Olympic gold medal.
    Techniques in running
Athletes use various types of techniques before
they start running. But everyone is different and
what ever technique works or suits your body is
the one for you.
Ex of techniques :
Keep your body loose to gain speed and keep
your stamina.
Make a rhythm in your running like transferring
the majority of energy to your legs and fast
twitch muscles.
Keep your head in front of your lower body to
force the rest of your body to push forward.
