Reprints Orders
Mission Statement
You can place your reprint order by one of the choices (Premier Service and E-
mail service) described in detail below. Please read the terms for reprint orders
before ordering. Submission of an order is an indication of your agreement with
the reprint ordering terms and conditions. Please submit your questions to
fbs@bioscience.org.

Editorial Profile
"Premier Service" platform allows payment in a secure environment.
Using this platform, you will be able to place your order for Pay per
View (PPV, download a document once "$40) or multiple times ($49)),
one day ($40), or one week ($30) delivery by E-mail.
Options
PPV
Select document prior to payment: If you have clicked on a
document prior to payment, the document will be down loaded into
your browser after payment.
Select document after payment: If you have not selected a document
prior to payment, you will receive a code that you can use with a
username (Email defined in your order) to download the document
online.
Document delivery via Email service
Make the payment for 1 Day ($49), or 7 Day ($39) delivery. Make sure
that you include the Manuscript number in the “Customer ID” box in the
payment gateway. Document will be Emailed to you within the timeline
specified in the payment. If you fail to order online at
http://www.bioscience.org/home/reprint.htm please fill out and send

Terms of use
Mission Statement
All users who order documents from Frontiers in Bioscience, should read and
accept the following terms upon placement of their orders. Please note that
Frontiers in Bioscience strictly adheres to the following guidelines: All orders
•Do not click on "Submit button" unless you would like to order a reprint.
Clicking of the "Submit button" confirms that
1. You have read and accept the terms of the contract

3.You would like your credit card to be charged for the reprint order
•Do not click on the "Submit button" twice. Your request will be duplicated. FBS
does not accept responsibility for such duplicate payments.
•The requests for reprints will all be processed and may not be cancelled or
refunded following placement of an order.
•FBS does not accept responsibility in errors in forms including errors in
manuscript citation or number that are sent by you to be processed. User takes
the responsibility of ordering the correct document when any document is
ordered. Documents that are ordered by "Normal" mode will be the only ones
that will be sent via Email and documents that are ordered by "Premier" mode
are the only ones available to the users. Please do not contact FBS for user
errors.
•A server receipt is sent to the Email provided in the order. Other than this
receipt, FBS does not provide a paid invoice for requests ordered online. Other
than this receipt, payment invoices are not generated. Please do not write to
this office about generation of any type of invoice.
•PPV users can access the document of their choice from journal volumes.
"Username" is the same Email address provided in the order form. Note:
Please note that there are two types of reprints that can be downloaded after
your order is placed through premiers service: HTML with links and PDF files.
Clicking on the title of each article allows download of HTML document with
links. Clicking on items marked as PDF type II allows download of the PDF
files. Please note that only one download is possible after each order and that Support us through
your subscription
you will not be able to download both files with a single order. Please order the
right item.

•All reprints will be sent by email as PDF file.
•If citation is not indicated in the Normal Service Order Form, no reprint can be sent
until an email with correct citation is received. In such cases, please do not use the
form, simply send an email with citation to fbs@bioscience.org.
•Once the payment has been received, the reprint will be E-mailed to the E-mail
address defined in the order form within the time frame specified in the form. Document
are sent within the time frame defined in the order form. "Day" is defined as "Normal
Business Day" and might not include weekends or holidays. If time of delivery is not
entered into the form, the default delivery is one day.
•When payment is processed, an electronically generated receipt is sent to the E-mail fbs@bioscience.org
address defined in the order form. Additional receipts or invoices will not be generated.
•PDF files are all sent by E-mail as attachment.
