Objectives
•To establish a sustainable observation platform able to
dynamically monitor the progress of e-Learning in Europe vis-à-vis
policy objectives
•To forecast future scenarios of e-learning evolution
•To stimulate synergy and networking among the existing
observatories at EU and national level
•To support policy makers, stakeholders and researchers in the
definition of future policy lines of action and on the future research
priorities
