Presidents report:
Recent News – Mammoth County chapter recently suspended. No future
communication should be sent to them on official business.
Program Director Report highlights:
Extended Cluster credit will be given for 2007 conferences /clusters for
graduating teens/mothers. Note: contact Regional about this rule as it
relates to mothers who do not have a teen.
Diann Kelly read feedback on Welcome Back $520 profit.
Kwanzaa locations considered are: Crystal Bay, Ossining Library dates Sat
12/27 6-9pm and Sunday 12/28 5:30-8:30pm 16 vote for Saturday yes. Cost
$15 per adult members age 4-12 years old $10 guest Adult $20.00
Cheryl and Jerinda’s motion; if chapter budget allows can all MHV member-
kids pay at the same $10 price point Janine seconds the motion or cut off
price at age 4-12 point and age 13-18. Unanimous vote to bring back to
committee 1 abstained.
Treasurers Report:
Last meeting $12,774 on account.
Today’s book balance: $8270.05
Adjusted balance as of November, $8558.31
Treasured Proposed to take $400 to pay Mount Olivet from Health Fair
Presented Policies and Procedures to Membership Motion made by the
treasurer 2 members seconded.

Vice President’s Report:
Recaped informational meeting of Tri-Chapter mixer.
Reviewed incoming procedures for prospective members – point
system cap goal 15 persons
Initiating Mentor program
Future projections are for group 3 to grow. Group 5 isn’t a group that
we want to recruit as heavily.
All prospective mothers must attend group activities to be
considered before the Jan 15th meeting.
All members are encouraged to attend the mentor meeting on date
TBD in the future.
Robin was appointed to Circle of Membership from Regional
Robin will investigate getting chapter pins/tee shirts
Historian’s Report:

Minutes read and voted on second by Diana vote was unanimous
Parliamentary Minute:
Both National and MHV bylaws have been reviewed. Sheryl will
summarize the amendments on line. At the next meeting the
membership will be provided the changes.
