WCHA Rules & Regulations – Rule #6. No paint may be applied to the exterior of any
building or deck without the approval of the ACC.
WCHA Rules & Regulations – Rule #7. Only natural colored stains may be applied to
decks.
WCHA Rules & Regulations – Rule #13. All storm doors must be full-view style and the
color of the door must match the color of the front door and shutters.
Standard Duron ™ Paint Colors
The Duron Paint Company in Camp Hill has been the supplier for the paint for all the
town houses. The paint must be mixed and not just picked up according to color name.
Duron has the list of colors and the mix. This is the list for your information.

The Clay formula for quarts is:

Clay is the color used on the columns, trim & the garage doors on the models which need
paint. If your garage door is white on the inside it has been painted. All others only need
to be cleaned with car wash. Only the garage doors on Rufus King Ct. and the left side of
Regiment Blvd. and lower Brigade are the older ones. Check to be sure before you paint
your doors .
