q One Month Insert availability is limited. The cost is $185 per thousand, plus any additional set-up or shipping charges that might apply. The maximum quantity is 15,000, and all inserts must be no larger than 8 inches by 11 inches. (Larger sizes can be folded.) Artwork Specifications All artwork must be supplied to us camera ready, so please supply your graphic designer the spec and format requirements outlined below when sending new ads. Platform: MAC Fonts: POSTSCRIPT FONTS ONLY. No Multiple Master fonts. Do not use Program Styles to bold, italicize, etc. type. These selections may cause undesirable print results. Avoid using fonts less than 6 pt. or reversed out of dark backgrounds. Do not use 4 color process black, or ink density levels that are too high. Artwork: CMYK or Grayscale images, (300 dpi preferred) (RGB files will be converted in Photoshop.) (Print linescreen: 100 lpi. on 35# bright white newsprint) File Formats: • PDF file (use Acrobat Distiller’s “press” job option) Include fonts. Distiller 4 or 5 settings preferred. Celebration Joint Committee Advertising Agreement
1. This agreement is made on the _____ day of __________ between the Celebration Joint Committee (CJC) and _____________________________ (Advertiser Legal Name) hereinafter referred to as “Advertiser”. 2. If the advertiser fails to make payment by the 25th day of the month in which the paper was published, then the Advertiser is in default of the agreement. When an advertiser defaults on the agreement all discount premiums afforded the Advertiser under the agreement will be forfeited and payment will rise to the undiscounted price for the remainder of the contract period. The credit card the Advertiser has on file will be charged for the full price of the ad plus the Administration Fee of 4%. The Advertiser is still liable for the advertisement through the end of the agreement period. Furthermore, the Advertiser agrees that in any action by the CJC to collect past due payments, the CJC shall be entitled to recover all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, as well as interest at the rate of 18% per annum. 3. When an advertiser defaults on the agreement and becomes delinquent future ads will be held out of publication until the account has been paid current. The advertiser will still be liable for the agreed upon charges, regardless of publication, and no compensation for missed advertising will be given. Once an account has been paid current, advertising will resume for the agreed upon period. Once in default the CJC has the legal right to cancel the agreement and begin legal action with the advertiser incurring all attorneys’ fees and the costs associated with this action. 4. If the Advertiser utilizes an agency, the Advertiser and the agency shall be jointly liable for payment and for compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Advertiser’s contract, including payment for all advertising. 5. The CJC may, in its sole discretion, edit, classify, or reject at many time any advertising copy submitted by the Advertiser. 6. This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and or arrangements between the parties and cannot be amended except in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Advertisers agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate court in Osceola County.

Celebration Billing Application
Payment for all advertising is due by the 25th of the month the ad was published. Every month Celebration Town Hall will mail you an invoice of charges. The publisher reserves the right to change the rate structure at any time with at least a 30-day notice to all advertisers not under contract. I agree that if payment is not received by the Celebration Joint Committee by the due date, I (we) hereby authorize Capital Consultants Management Corporation as Agent for Celebration Joint Committee, hereinafter called COMPANY, to initiate debit entries to my (our) credit card account indicated above, hereinafter called CREDIT CARD COMPANY, to debit the same to such account. I also agree that a credit card administrative fee of 4% will be added to my charge. I further agree that in any action by the CJC to collect past due payments, the CJC shall be entitled to recover all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, as well as interest at the rate of 18% per annum. This authority is to remain in full force and in effect until COMPANY has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and manner as to afford COMPANY and CREDIT CARD COMPANY a reasonable opportunity to act on it. To receive the 3x, 6x, or 12x contract rate, the contract must be signed and faxed to 407-566-1210 prior to the insertion date. Ads on contracts must run 3, 6 or 12 consecutive months respectively with Celebration News to receive a discount from the regular monthly rate. If advertiser terminates their contract prior to its expiration date or advertisement does not run consecutive months, then all previously billed ads will be re-rated to the non-contract rate. A credit card is required for all contract advertising and a pre-payment is required on all month to month advertising.
