All ads are printed in black and must be received no later than November 1, 2008. Invoices and a copy of the program will be sent in January 2009. Display Copies of Books at Unmanned ASECS table - $50 per title Promotional Flyers and Brochures - Small promotional flyers or brochures may be displayed in the book exhibit area at a charge of $50. All flyers and brochures are subject to approval by ASECS. Space is not confirmed until payment is received by the ASECS Office. Information regarding shipping of materials to the Richmond Marriott will be sent along with hotel information closer to the meeting date.
