Payment is due upon approval of ad. One month contracts are non-cancelable. Cancellation of long term contracts prior to two issues will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of space reserved for one month. All ads must be approved prior to printing. The advertiser is solely responsible for ads that have been approved by themselves or their agent. You will be charged for the space you reserved if you miss deadline. This agreement does not guarantee your rate in the event of an increase in printing costs or postal rates. Advertiser will have the option to cancel immediately, with no penalty if rates increase.

The Book of Good Deals, LLC, owns and publishes THE BOOK OF GOOD DEALS™, is a separate business entity from Power Ad Productions, LLC, and not responsible for any actions, debts or bills of Power Ad Productions, LLC.
