UTAH’S LAWS
In Utah, intoxicated persons are prohibited from operating a vehicle on any
public highway or street, except for a wheelbarrow.”
In Cedar City, high buckled shoes are the only kind to be seen on a woman’s
feet when she goes shopping. Women are also banned from attending church
while attired in house shoes or slippers.
