I understand the rules and regulations for my recreational vehicle (RV) space which appear at the end
of this form.
I am responsible for:
Keeping my RV space clean
Maintaining my RV; keeping it clean, in good repair and with current DMV registration
Maintaining insurance on my RV pertaining to property damage and liability
Using this space exclusively for the RV listed above. No other vehicle, even it belongs to me or
someone else in my household may be parked in my RV space at any time, nor may the space
be sued for any other purpose, such as storage of goods and materials
Knowing that any other vehicle, even if it belongs to me or a member of my household, which
is found parked in the space is subject to being towed with or without warning or notice
Notifying the committee chairperson within 5 working days of any changes which may affect
my eligibility for this space (e.g. I no longer reside at Tiburon Fountain Valley, I no longer
own the vehicle listed above I am making modifications to the vehicle listed above, my
residence has changed ownership)
While RV is occupying a Fountain Valley Homeowner Association RV space, my recreational
vehicle at no will be attached by hoses or electrical cords to any internal or external utilities on
my property or any other property. No onboard or external generators may be operated while
the RV is occupying the RV space. While RV is occupying a Fountain Valley Homeowner
Association RV space, my recreational vehicle can not be used as a temporary or permanent
domicile or shelter.
Any vehicle too large by length or height to fit in a typical Tiburon garage will be considered
for parking in an RV space.
