                         To provide a new office to serve more

                             This 2-year project will allow the
                             organization to establish a Comprehensive

                             Through a network of volunteers, family
                             services providers and agencies in
                             southwest Missouri, House of Hope is a
                             domestic violence shelter. This two-year
                             grant will cover the counseling services to
Basic Support                those who use the shelter's resources.

                    needs as well as vouchers for

                 This two-year grant is to the primary
                 provider of essential psychiatric services
                 in the Springfield area. Burrell will develop
                 and operate a specialty pharmacy for
                 patients with mental illness, and the latest
                 edition to a collaborative management and
Access to Care   care system for area patients.
                 Funding supports current programs and
                 services, including respite care, referrals
                 and support groups for people living in the

                 Funding supports operational costs of the
                 organization, which provides prenatal care
                 and education to at-risk pregnant women

                 This grant supports operational expenses
                 (salaries, utilities, meals) of the

                 EMTs and paramedics serving southwest

                 cavity prevention and mental health

                       to create tobacco-free work environments
