DM asks your cooperation and compliance with the following routing instructions. Non-compliance with these instructions or
unauthorized use of non-listed carriers may result in a chargeback for any additional costs charged to Sports Endeavors.
Carton / SKU Specifications/ ASN Packing Slip & Bill of Lading
Clearly mark each carton with shipper and consignee name, Indicate the total number of cartons, number of
shipping address, and the Sports Endeavors purchase order pallets and the purchase order number(s) on our
number(s). carrier’s Bill of Lading
Sports Endeavors requires that all SKU’s be barcoded, poly Palletize and shrink-wrap all cartons whenever
bagged and sealed, and that each carton contain only one possible. Combine multiple orders on one Bill of
SKU. (one color and one size) Lading when shipping to the same address.
Advance Shipping Notice (unless you are using VendorNet) A packing list for each purchase order must be placed
Send PO#, Cartons, Carrier & Ship Date to: inside a brightly plastic sleeve labeled with "Packing
dray@sportsendeavors.com or FAX (919) 644-2063. List".
