well, and 3-5 services or products done well by another association or
organization (neighboring, in-state, or out of state). As you share your responses
with others in the breakout group, record the responses on flip chart pages,
listing the results in 2 columns labeled: “we do well” and “others do well” noting
the identified association or organization.

brainstorm potential shared service solutions.

Work on your own to list neighboring boards and real estate related organizations
in your market area. Highlight organizations with which you have a personal
contact who is a decision maker or influencer. For highlighted organizations, list
a product or service offered that: duplicates one offered by your organization;
could potentially be developed together; or already exists and could be shared in
a partnership.
