Payment Terms
Our standard trading terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice for account holders. If you do not have an
account we may require payment prior to release of goods. Prices - These are correct at the time of going to press (September 2011). Prices are valid until 31 December 2011.
Carriage Charge
The carriage charge shown per item will apply on all orders but will be capped at £49.00 to one UK mainland VAT and Duty - *All prices which include VAT at variable rates, and Duty, will be charged at the rates prevailing on
address. Prices to Southern Ireland and Rest of Europe by quotation. despatch/invoicing, regardless of VAT amounts prevailing at the date of publication of this price list. We reserve the
right to amend prices according to changes in Duty and VAT.
Terms & Conditions - All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions, which can be found on our website:

Substitutions - All hampers, baskets and gift boxes are fully itemised and fairly described in the brochure and we will
make every effort to supply the items printed in the detailed listings. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we
reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value.
Efficient Delivery - Accurate delivery address details, including postcode and recipient telephone numbers are
essential for efficient delivery. Cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12.30 pm.
Insurance - All consignments are fully insured. Claims for damages should be made within 48 hours of receipt. All
Chilled Hampers - Delivery dates for chilled hampers will start on 13 December 2011 until 21 December 2011, claims for lost parcels must be made within 7 days of invoice date. All claims must be made in writing by email to
excluding Monday 19th. Chilled hampers are not available for bulk dispatch. sales@montrosecollection.org (Photographic evidence will be required for damages.)
