Users can search all existing common/restricted class documents in
the Common/Restricted Document Category
You can also download or delete the documents
Note that school documents cannot be maintained under School
Management > Document > Housekeeping

Security setting
View Edit Add Delete Execute
User is able to view and delete his/her own common documents.

User is able to view and delete his/her and other users’ common documents.
View Edit Add Delete Execute
User can view and delete his/her own restricted documents and able to view other
users’ restricted documents which are “shared” out.
By default, users of the "SCHOOL_HEAD" group have built-in access right to download
and delete all other users’ restricted documents, whether these documents are shared
out or not. These built-in access rights cannot be taken away and cannot be granted to
other user groups.

Document folder must be created before uploading school documents
To create document folder:
click Document > School Doc Category on left menu
To upload documents
