Course synopsis (max. 10 lines) _____________________________________________________________

A two day intensive course for European Residents in Ophthalmology consisting of 12 lectures and 6 workshops

by leading European Glaucoma Specialists. Each workshop will be held three times in sequence with three different

audiences and will last 1 hour and 15 minutes with no breaks.









Aim(s) of the course (max. 10 lines) ___________________________________________________________________

Providing the ophthalmology resident with must know information about glaucoma during the span of two full

working days. Guidelines for diagnosis and therapy are discussed in length, as well as introduction to available

technologies and glaucoma surgical techniques through hands on workshops and surgical wetlab
