Creating a Survey
Click on Create Survey
• Create survey from scratch
• Enter a title name: Test Survey
• By Page #1, click edit page
Write a title/description of your survey
(instructions) click save
• Add questions …click on question
examples if you need help.
Collect Responses
Go to My Surveys
Click on Collect
Create a link to send in your own
email…
Name the Link
Click Next Step
Copy and past the link and send it to
yourself or a friend in an email.
Analyze Results
After you develop surveys:
• Go to My Surveys
• Click Analyze to analyze individual
surveys
