How-to-Add Copy to Current Email Signature:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook

2. Click “Tools” on the top Menu bar; select “Options” (last option in the drop down list)

3. Click “Mail Format” tab at the top

4. At the bottom of the “Mail Format” tab, click “Signatures” (a new window will open)









5. Highlight your current email signature name in the list of the left hand side of the pop-up window

6. Click the “Edit” button

7. Update the text below with your contact information.

8. Select all of the text below; right-click and select “Copy”

Company

Address

City, State Zip

Direct: (###) ###-####;

Fax: (###) ###-####



Save-the-Date!

9. Paste the “Save-the-Date Copy” below your current contact information and select “OK”

10. Select “OK” in the Create Signature box

11. Select “OK” in the Option box

12. Email signature is now updated

Setting Email Signature as Default Signature:



1. Tools > Options > Mail Format

2. Select the appropriate signature (the one you just updated) in the drop down box next to

“Signature for new messages:”

3. Click on the “Apply” button

4. Click on the “OK” button
