Please note the following (some may not be applicable from time to time due to membership restrictions):
1 Contact name (adult1) should be a parent where the application is for an individual junior, even if the parent is not
applying for membership.
2 Dates of births must be supplied for all juniors, including family juniors, and for students.
3 A photocopy of Student Card is required for full time students in family membership.
4 Members proposing and seconding must be adults in family or senior membership, with more than 12 months
membership.
5 Persons over 18 and NOT FULL TIME STUDENTS cannot be considered under family membership, and
must apply for individual senior membership.
6 The full fee applies at any time during the year, but pro rata credit towards 2012 fee will apply for those
joining during the year.
7 Enclosure of fee must be included to speed up membership application processing.
