This letter shall serve as notification that Larry Kline Wholesale Meats, Inc. has been on line with a
USDA certified HACCP program since January 25, 1999 on a mandatory basis. On a voluntary basis
Larry Kline Wholesale Meats, Inc. has been on a certified HACCP Program since June of 1998. Larry
Kline Wholesale Meats, Inc. believes product safety is paramount. Larry Kline Wholesale Meats, Inc.
is a USDA HACCP certified plant. Each one of our employees is trained intensively on our HACCP
program and overall philosophy of food safety before ever working in our facility. Larry Kline
Wholesale Meats, Inc. is the benchmark of how a HACCP Plant is meant to be.
