STATE ROAD 100 CORRIDOR CRA
A RESOLUTION OF THE STATE ROAD 100 CORRIDOR COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, PALM COAST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
EXPENSES RELATED TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR THE BULLDOG DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTING ACTIONS AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, right-of-way on Bulldog Drive needs to be obtained in order for the State Road 100
Corridor Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to accomplish the improvements to Bulldog Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the remaining right-of-way will serve a community
development purpose as identified in the CRA plan, in order to accomplish the Bulldog Drive
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the CRA desires to approve the expenses related to acquisition of the remaining
right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SR 100 CORRIDOR
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF PALM COAST
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. APPROVAL OF EXPENSES RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF THE
REMAINING RIGHT-OF-WAY. The SR 100 Corridor CRA of the City of Palm Coast hereby
authorizes the expenses related to acquisition of the remaining right-of-way for the Bulldog Drive
improvements.
SECTION 2. AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE. The City Manager, or designee, is hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution proves
to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force,
or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution.
SECTION 4. CONFLICTS. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of the
provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. IMPLEMENTING ACTIONS. The City Manager is hereby authorized to take
any actions necessary to implement the action taken in this Resolution.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption by the City Council.
