Michael J. Callahan is an associate with Foley & Lardner. He is a member

Jennifer Camacho's practice is focused on providing intellectual property
counseling aligned with specific business objectives of the client. She
has vast experience working with clients to leverage intellectual
property for competitive advantage, to build commercially relevant patent
portfolios, to navigate through prior art and third party-intellectual
property rights, and to identify opportunities to capture value from
intellectual property through strategic business relationships.
Jennifer's practice includes worldwide patent and trademark portfolio
development, intellectual property due diligence, patent infringement and
validity analyses, patentability and product clearance studies, licensing
and related transactional matters, such as joint development, sponsored
research and acquisition, patent interference proceedings, litigation,
and arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution.
Jennifer frequently works with clients in the life sciences industry,
including venture fund and early-stage biotechnology clients.
Representative fields of research and development for her clients include
synthetic biology, industrial enzymes, biofuels, pharmaceuticals, nucleic
acid synthesis and sequencing, tissue engineering, immunotherapy,
diagnostic assays, cardiac monitoring systems and other medical devices.

Noteworthy Experience
Previously, Jennifer was chief patent counsel and vice president of
intellectual property at venture-backed biotech company, Codon Devices,
in the emerging field of synthetic biology. In that role, she was
responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the
company's intellectual property portfolio. In addition, Jennifer worked
closely with the company's research and development group, structuring
third party-collaborative relationships and providing intellectual
property guidance in connection with the company's product development
initiatives across a wide variety of market applications. As a member of
the company's executive management team, Jennifer also provided cross-
functional, hands-on general counsel throughout the organization.

practice in representing catastrophically injured victims and their
families in cases involving fire and explosion, defective products,
workplace safety and medical malpractice. Mr. Cantor has practiced at
Swartz & Swartz, P.C. since 1978. While his practice is centralized in
Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and
Connecticut, Mr. Cantor has been involved in litigation and trial in more
than 30 states. He has participated in litigation or trial of more than
50 cases involving million dollar recoveries. Mr. Cantor has been named
as a Massachusetts "Superlawyer" by Boston Magazine in the area of
Plaintiff's Personal Injury for every year since the series started in
2004. He is one of only about 40 plaintiffs' lawyers named as one of
"Boston's Best Lawyers" for personal injury litigation. He is also named
as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" under personal injury practice.
He currently devotes much of his time to sophisticated personal injury,
product liability and wrongful death litigation. He also served on the
Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the 550 sexual abuse cases
against the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston which received a record
settlement in 2003. In the last few years he has participated in
preparation, trial and appeal of three separate cases in which results in
excess of $10 million have been achieved for his clients.

Biography:
A partner at Foley Hoag since 1987, Stefanie Cantor serves as the Chair
of the firm's Trusts and Estates Department. The high regard in which she
is held professionally is shown by her selection as a Fellow in the
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and her rankings in The
Best Lawyers in America and Massachusetts SuperLawyers.
Stefanie offers a wide range of individual counseling services in estate
and transfer tax planning, including estate, gift, inheritance, and
