EXPLANATORY NOTES
The additional amount is required for payment of the Decretal amount on
account of Hon'ble High Court's Order Dt. 7.01.2004 in Motor Accident Claim
Appeal No. 91/2002 State of Meghalaya Vrs. Rajesh Kalia and Others for payment
of the amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Kamrup, Guwahati as per
Govt. Advocate's letter No. GAM/2004/250, dt. 16.02.2004 sanctioned by Finance
vide Memo No. FC.II/2004-05/2/CF, dt. 28.06.2004.
The provision under the Head 800-(03)-50-Payment of Decretal amount
(Charged) is inadequate. Hence the proposal.
