In the highly unlikely, though theoretically possible, situation
that your MINI chucks a tanty, we have a multitude of services
available through MINI Roadside Assistance to make sure your
MINI is back on track as soon as possible.
ASSISTANCE WHEN AND WHERE YOU NEED IT.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, MINI Roadside Assistance
is there to help get you back on the road. With MINI Roadside
Assistance you get access to an awesome fleet of support vehicles
that will assist you when and wherever necessary (which is far
better than getting help when you don’t need it or somewhere
you are not). In major capital cities and regional centres our fleet
of Servicemobiles are on call to provide additional technical and
customer support. Our Servicemobiles operate between 7am
and 11pm every day of the year and are staffed by highly trained
technicians, equipped with MINI tools and Genuine MINI Parts.
YOUR MINI SERVICE CARD – AT YOUR SERVICE.
Your MINI Service Card contains all the information needed
should you require MINI Roadside Assistance. Your card enables
you to access all the privileges you are entitled to as a member
of the MINI Roadside Assistance Programme. Please have your
Service Card available when calling for assistance.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.
Should you require assistance, simply dial the MINI Roadside
Assistance toll-free number, 1800 808 111, which is printed on
your MINI Service Card. Please have the following information
available for the customer service assistant who will answer your
call and immediately mobilise the necessary assistance:
• Your name
• Your MINI registration number
• Your MINI Service Card number
• The model and colour of your MINI
• A description of the problem
• If possible, a telephone number where you can be contacted
• The exact location of your MINI

All costs relating to parts, labour and other associated costs for
towing or repair of the vehicle involved in an accident, or attempted
theft, will be the responsibility of the owner.
Some of the services provided by MINI Accident Management
may be limited subject to the guidelines and procedures of your
insurance company and/or policy entitlements. As the insurance
company is the ultimate body responsible for any damage claims,
MINI Accident Management will adhere to any instructions or
directions they provide.
Please note: in certain areas within Australia, local government
authorities manage all accident towing contractors via Accident
Allocation Centres (AAC). Within such areas MINI Accident
Management is unable to arrange the attendance of its own
accident towing companies and is required by law to contact
the AAC to arrange all accident towing.
MINI Accident Management assistance services do not extend
to insurance policy interpretation or application.
