Registration of Hotels of Punjab with
Punjab Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board
Punjab Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board (PHTPB) in a new initiative invite applications
from existing Hotel and Guest House owners to register their properties with Punjab
Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board. The Punjab Heritage and Tourism promotion board
is shortly launching marketing and promotional drive.
Advantages of Registration:
1. The name of the Hotel/ Guest House shall be displayed on the Punjab Tourism’s
official website for easy access to the visitors.
2. The name of the Hotel/ Guest House shall be listed in the accommodation directory
and promotional literature that shall be published by the PHTPB.
3. This literature/directory shall be available to tourists at all Tourist Information Centres
and also for people from the trade at different travel and trade fairs through the year.
4. Invitation for participation shall be extended to registered hotels from time to time to
be a part of Punjab pavilion at different travel and trade fairs both domestic and
international.
Eligibility
1. The applicant’s property shall have 10 or more rooms.
2. The Hotel/ Guest House shall be inspected by a team from Punjab Heritage and
Tourism Promotion Board before registration to ensure quality and standards of
services being offered from time to time.
Interested applicants may collect the form of registration by visiting the official website of
PHTPB: www.punjabtourism.gov.in or by collecting it from below mentioned address and
submit their details before 3 PM on 23rd October 2009.
