House at Washington Park
• The damages at the site are at a point that it would not
make it a cost effective project to even make the building
stable.
• With the amount of water that has permeated the dirt
crawl space over time, the foundation has allowed the
wall to shift and crack to a point that may not be easily
fixed. The house want constructed of timber and brick
with only one bearing wall. The joists were in set in the
brick as they built the brick wall. The roof being open
these joust have rooted off at the wall and the same with
roof and floors. The asbestos and lead that’s in the
house.
