ROBERT A. LUSKIN
Robert Luskin is a partner and an experienced trial lawyer in the Atlanta office of Goodman McGuffey
Lindsey & Johnson, LLP. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has represented clients in a wide range of
insurance matters and employment litigation. He has assisted in defending corporations, insurers
and individuals in complex litigation, products liability, premises liability, professional negligence,
employment matters and SIU issues.
He is a graduate of Centre College (B.A., 1998) and Mercer University (J.D., 2001). He continues to be
an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and Defense Research
Institute. He is one of the Founding members of Georgia’s NSPII Chapter and currently is serving as
the Second Vice-President.
