							Notice is hereby given that the Combine City Council will hold a Special Called City
Council Meeting on Monday, January 18, at 7:00 p.m. at the Combine City Hall, 123 Davis
Road, Combine, Texas to address the following agenda.

As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) and Section 551.074, Personnel Matters, of the State of Texas
Government Code, this meeting may be convened into Executive Session for the purpose of seeking
confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein or to address matters
concerning City of Combine personnel.

1.      Discussion & Action. – Consider Duties of City Secretary position and the possibility of splitting
        the job into two separate positions, One the City Secretary and the second a City Treasurer or
        Financial Director as allowed by Texas government Code 22.075.



2.      Discussion & Action: Update on road contracts and road work as well as consider the change
        order for Harlan and Davis Rds

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION



As authorized by Section 551.071 (1) and Section 551.071 (2), Attorney-Client and Litigation
Exception, and Section 551.074, Personnel Matters, of the State of Texas concerning City of
Combine personnel.
Confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein or to address
matters, including the following items: (Adjourned to Executive Session)


           A. Discuss and review: Review employment duties, evaluation, discipline, or discharge of

           Sr. Corporal Dennis Gotcher.
