1 head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
2 chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
2 T. pickled ginger, chopped
3 oz. uncooked ramen noodles (without flavor package)
Flavor package from ramen noodles (spicy ramen is good, or chicken)
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2-cup rice vinegar (light)
1 tsp salt (omit or cut in half if using soup flavor package)
In medium bowl combine almonds, sesame seeds and Dressing. Cover and let
stand in cool place overnight.
In large bowl combine chicken, cabbage, green onions, ginger and crumbled
noodles. Toss & serve.
Makes 6 - 8 servings
