Take a break from packing to get excited about the move ahead!
You’ve successfully been admitted to MSU Dubai, completed the checklist for admitted students provided in last
week’s newsletter, and began to pack your belongings. It can all be a little bit stressful! Take some time to read
tips and advice that will make move‐in and starting classes easier so that you can enjoy the experience!
Will Move‐In be stressful?
As you arrive at the Etisalat Academy Student Housing complex, you will be overwhelmingly faced with other
students and their families who are moving in belongings at the same time. Here’s a list of helpful hints to make
your day go a little more smoothly:
• Finish packing the day before! Keeping a list of everything you want to bring as you pack it into the car
will help you to ensure nothing is missing for your big day.
• Get a good night’s sleep! Being well‐rested will calm your nerves and help you stay organized.
• Team up for an efficient move – Assign tasks to each person helping you to keep everyone focused.
• Just Ask! There will be plenty of people available to help you as your learn your new surroundings. If you
need help finding something be sure to ask in order to find it quickly and easily!
• Ready to move‐in?? Stop by our campus and meet with Ms. Nancy Abu Eida, who will help you with gain
access to your room and provide you with detailed information. You may also call (4‐4361500) or e‐mail
