Peak Software’s Featured Department: Tech Support
Curtis Stacey (the robot on the right), being the newest member of the Technical Support staff, began his tech career at
Peak Software in September of 2008. Curtis—being a man of many talents—was previously employed in the mortgage
and finance industry, assisting both customers and staff with his exceptional service skills. His enthusiasm and ‘can do’
attitude serve him well here at Peak; he has proven to be a great asset to the technical team and he loves working with
our many customers throughout the country.
At home, Curtis is a husband and father of two, and enjoys spending time with his family, both immediate and ex-
tended. He likes to spend his free time shooting, playing volleyball, listening to talk radio and playing video games.
Curtis also enjoys watching movies, and can always get a good laugh out of anyone within earshot by blurting out
quotes from them at appropriate times. He’s a dedicated movie buff who knows his retro horror flicks quite well.
Often, here at Peak Software, support issues and their circumstances can get very intense (see photo above). Such that
technical conversations erupt, and commonly take a dive into a realm that we fondly call ‘The Nerd Bucket.’
George Lambson (the robot on the left) joined us in January 2008 with a full-blown degree in ‘Nerd-Bucketism.’ This
simply means that if it’s technical, he’ll understand it or figure it out. He’s one of the guys at Peak who sometimes
seems to exist full time in the ‘Nerd Bucket,’ which is a great thing for our customers, as well as his coworkers! Tap-
ping into those ‘Nerd Bucket’ intuitive skills, he gives his all to troubleshoot challenging issues and arrive at a timely
resolution. He sometimes surprises even ‘the nerds’ (next month’s featured department) here at Peak with his natural
aptitude for all things technical.
George spends his spare time with his family and enjoying his hobbies (hobbies defined as “I enjoy doing stuff with
people. Unless it’s not fun, then I don’t like it”). Other interests include technology, fixing and maintaining stuff
around the house, and watching movies and episodes of Futurama. He likes camp- Peak
