The Life Cycle of a Painted Lady
             Butterfly
by Jonathan, Mary Jane, and Angel
  First,the female butterfly lays
eggs on a host plant and the eggs
             are white.
Next, the larva chews its way out
of the egg and starts eating good
              food.
Then,the caterpillar starts getting
       bigger and bigger.
After that,the caterpillar makes a
       chrysalis on a tree.
Finally, the chrysalis starts opening and a butterfly
comes out and its wings are damp and then it starts
flying. The butterfly goes and finds a mate and the
female butterfly lays an egg and the life cycle starts
                        again.
