Zucchini Quiche

All in the April evening,

April airs were abroad;

4 eggs, slightly beaten

The sheep with their little lambs

1/2 c. oil

Passed me by on the road.

1/2 tsp. each, salt and pepper

2 tbl. parsley The sheep with their little lambs

1/2 c. grated cheese (I use Parmesan) Passed me by on the road;

1 c. Bisquick I thought on the Lamb of God.

3 c. zucchini (approx. 2 whole),
