					                                MEDICAL DIRECTOR

The Fort Worth Northside Community Health Center, Inc., (d/b/a Albert Galvan Health
Clinic) a federally qualified non-profit health clinic, offers medical services to a
predominantly Hispanic population; many speak only Spanish. We are seeking a
dynamic, culturally-sensitive family care physician to help build our patient base and
direct all clinical functions of a busy, growing practice and a soon-to-be second site. The
Medical Director will be responsible for working with a staff of 4 or more providers,
ensuring quality of care in both medical clinics by working with providers and
management in establishing and maintaining clinic policies, procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, maintaining and improving
provider productivity, provider recruiting, organizational strategic planning, ensuring
clinic compliance with FQHC requirements and participation in quality improvement
initiatives and the Optimizing Clinical Care Collaborative (OC3) model. DO or MD
degree. Texas license are required. Board certification in primary care is preferred. OB
and HIV experience helpful. Spanish/English bilingual preferred. Salary is negotiable.
